6 minute workout

There are 3 exercises that you will be going through until you complete all 12 rounds. It will look like this:
  • 10 seconds of Jump Squats
  • 20 seconds of Side Pike Jumps
  • 10 seconds of Jump Squats
  • 20 seconds of Mountain Climber
Interval 6 minutes (12 rounds) ; 10 seconds and 20 seconds

4 minute workout

  • Blaster pushup
  • Jumper
12 rounds; 10 and 15 second intervals

Pump it - Interval

  • Squat
  • high knees
  • push ups

Set timer for 12 rounds. 10 seconds and 50 seconds.

12 seconds is for rest and to write the sets down. 50 seconds is to complete the exercise.

3 sets completed 4 times.

Complete as many of the following sets within 10 minutes

  • High knees (30 reps)
  • knee hugs (10 reps)

15/06/2011 Burp'ee anyone?

Complete as many burpees as possible within 10 minutes.

14/06/2011 Who's dead? Abs?

Complete the following exercises in 3 times;
 
  • Prisoner get up (20 reps per set)
  • Side plank with knee touch (20 reps on each leg)

12/06/2011 How long can you plank?

Complete 3 planks and note down how long each plank lasted.

The planks can be spread out throughout the day.

11/06/2011 shivering legs

Complete the following exercises in as little time as possible;
  • Lunge (left leg) 50 reps
  • skipping or star jumps 50 reps
  • Lunges (right leg) 50 reps
  • Skipping or star jumps 50 reps
  • Squats 50 reps
  • Skipping or star jumps 50 reps
  • Squats 50 reps

10/06/2011 let's go crazy

Complete 3 sets of the following in as little time as possible;

  • 30 star jumps or skips
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 30 squats

08/06/2011... and thrust!

Complete this within 10 minutes;

  • pelvic raises

07/06/2011 Plank it up!

Complete 200 (100 on each side) reps of the following;

  • Side plank lifts

06/06/2011 squatting about!

Complete the following within 10 minutes;
  • 2 squats forward
  • 10 wide stance knee highs
  • jump into plank and power up

03/06/2011 Touch them knees and toes

Complete the following in sets of 20 repetitions until 10 minutes are up;

  • Toe touches
  • Elbow to knee crunches

02/06/2011 1000 starjumps

Complete 1000 starjumps in as little time as possible

01/06/2011 Let's die!

Complete 4 sets of the following in as little time as possible:

  • 30 walking lunges
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 over chair kicks
