There are 3 exercises that you will be going through until you complete all 12 rounds. It will look like this:
Pump it - Interval
- Squat
- high knees
- push ups
Set timer for 12 rounds. 10 seconds and 50 seconds.
12 seconds is for rest and to write the sets down. 50 seconds is to complete the exercise.
3 sets completed 4 times.
