6 minute workout

There are 3 exercises that you will be going through until you complete all 12 rounds. It will look like this:
  • 10 seconds of Jump Squats
  • 20 seconds of Side Pike Jumps
  • 10 seconds of Jump Squats
  • 20 seconds of Mountain Climber
Interval 6 minutes (12 rounds) ; 10 seconds and 20 seconds

4 minute workout

  • Blaster pushup
  • Jumper
12 rounds; 10 and 15 second intervals

Pump it - Interval

  • Squat
  • high knees
  • push ups

Set timer for 12 rounds. 10 seconds and 50 seconds.

12 seconds is for rest and to write the sets down. 50 seconds is to complete the exercise.

3 sets completed 4 times.

Complete as many pike presses as possible within 10 minutes.

Complete as many of the following sets within 10 minutes

  • High knees (30 reps)
  • knee hugs (10 reps)

15/06/2011 Burp'ee anyone?

Complete as many burpees as possible within 10 minutes.
